The defendant Eugene Streit appeals from three convictions rendered in the Ellis District Court of operating a motor vehicle while his driver's license was revoked, in violation of K.S.A. 8-262.

The issue to be decided is whether the district court erred by finding the defendant guilty of driving while his driver's license was revoked, in violation of K.S.A. 8-262.
