Petitioner appeals a decision of the Employment Appeals Board which affirmed a referee's decision1 denying unemployment benefits on the grounds that petitioner left work without good cause. We reverse.

The referee made the following findings of fact which are supported by the record: (1) Claimant worked for employer [Goodyear] from September, 1978, until September 13, 1979, in Portland, Oregon as a vulcanizer...
