In this Title VII case, Appellant Jefferies appeals from a district court order dismissing after trial her claim that her former employer, Harris County Community Action Association (HCCAA), violated Section 703(a) of Title VII1 by discriminating against her on the basis of race and sex in failing to promote her and in terminating her employment, and violated Section 704(a) of Title VII2
