Appellee, C. W. Milford, instituted this suit against Norman Stewart and appellant, Sam McKinnie, alleging that he had theretofore sold a registered, quarterhorse stud to Norman Stewart, who agreed in writing to allow Milford to use the horse for two breedings per year as long as the horse lived.
