This appeal arises from a railroad crossing collision case. Appellees Jimmy Quinn and Rudolph Garrett are the driver and passenger, respectively, of an automobile which collided with the rear end of a freight train owned by appellant, Southern Pacific Transportation Company and operated by conductor, E.
