WILNER, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

On March 12, 1975, appellant was convicted by a jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore of robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony, for which he was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment of fifteen and five years, respectively.
