This is a class action brought by inmates of the Columbus Correctional Facility (hereafter CCF) seeking a declaration that the conditions of confinement to which plaintiffs are subjected at CCF amount to cruel and unusual punishment and are in violation of their rights under the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
