Each of the above defendants was convicted of distributing obscene materials in violation of Code Ann. § 26-2101. Each attacked the constitutionality of the statute and appealed to the Supreme Court, which rejected the constitutional attacks and transferred the appeals to this court in Pierce v. State, 239 Ga. 844 (239 S.E.2d 28)
