This is an appeal by Bianca and Richard Cox, husband and wife, from a jury verdict in favor of Barbara Miller. We affirm.

The action arose out of an automobile accident which occurred on October 3, 1975 in Huntsville at a point on Governors Drive near its intersection with Bassett Drive.
