Appellant Hayden Carter contracted to build a dwelling house for appellees Lee and Irline Quick on property they owned about one mile west of Paragould. The oral contract was entered into sometime in October, 1973. Plans and specifications 1. Carter also alleged that the contract was not with him but was with Carter Construction Company, Inc.
