Two petitions were filed in the Crowley City Court, sitting as a juvenile court, seeking to have Bryan Robinson, a juvenile, decreed to be a neglected or delinquent child, or a child in need of supervision. In each petition it is alleged as a basis for the relief sought that the child committed a crime.
