This is an appeal from the denial by the Superior Court in Hartford County of a writ of habeas corpus which was sought in making a collateral attack upon a judgment of the Superior Court in New Haven County which, on February 15, 1974, imposed a prison sentence on the petitioner, Arthur Blue, following his plea of guilty to one count of a five-count information.
