This is an appeal from a summary judgment which held that James and Thomas Lewis were not entitled to recover under the uninsured motorist provisions of two automobile liability insurance policies. We reverse.

On July 3, 1972 the Lewis brothers were seriously injured while riding in James' car when it collided with an uninsured motor vehicle. The uninsured motorist was a Kentucky resident, and the collision occurred in Kentucky. The Lewises...
