The defendant Redfud was convicted of distribution of heroin, La.R.S. 40:966, subd. A(1), and sentenced to life imprisonment. Although defendant submitted fourteen assignments of error to the trial court, on appeal he presented written and oral argument on but six of these assignments. The remainder of defendant's assignments were submitted without argument or citation of authorities and, therefore, will be considered to have been abandoned. State...
