OPINION

WRIGHT, C.J.

Following disciplinary proceedings under section 10 of the Chiropractic Act1 the defendant State Board of Chiropractic Examiners revoked plaintiff's license to practice. Thereafter on plaintiff's petition for a writ of mandate (Code Civ. Proc., § 1094.5) the trial court entered judgment commanding the board to set aside the revocation order. The board appeals.
