REES, Justice.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of unlawful delivery of a Schedule I controlled substance in violation of § 204.401(2)(b), The Code, 1975. Following his plea of not guilty, he was tried, convicted and sentenced, and now appeals. We affirm.
