RABINOWITZ, Justice.

Anchorage Medical and Surgical Clinic seeks a reversal of the superior court's confirmation of the arbitrators' award which was made to Dr. James. We affirm the superior court's judgment.

Upon Dr. James' withdrawal from the clinic a dispute arose as to the sum of money Dr. James was entitled to receive. The parties then agreed to submit a binding arbitration to settle the dispute "... regarding...
