Johnson appeals the denial of his motion to vacate his sentence under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255.

On January 20, 1975, Johnson, represented by counsel, was convicted on his plea of guilty of possession and distribution of a controlled substance. He was subsequently sentenced to a term of eight years imprisonment, pursuant to 18 U.S.C.A. § 4208(a)(2), with a special parole term of three years. No appeal...
