This is a suit brought by Mrs. Beatrice Henderson for death benefits under the workmen's compensation law. Her husband died of a heart attack on the employer's premises soon after a workday had ended. The trial court instructed a verdict for the defendant at the close of the plaintiff's evidence. The court of civil appeals affirmed. 533 S.W.2d 407. We reverse the judgment of the court of civil appeals and remand...
