In this case, we are presented with formidable questions of products liability law arising from an action for injuries caused by an exploding Coca Cola bottle. The damage suit, brought in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County against Giant Food, Inc. (the retailer) and the Washington Coca Cola Bottling Company, Inc.
