Helen Ciminski appeals from a summary judgment of dismissal in her action for damages resulting from injuries sustained while she was a business invitee of Finn Corporation, Inc., d/b/a Brad's Family Restaurant. She contends that Finn was not entitled to judgment as a matter of law, but rather that she had presented genuine issues of material fact as to whether Finn exercised reasonable care in keeping its premises safe for its customers.
