Arthur Scott Root appeals his conviction on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of armed robbery.

Two United States Navy enlisted men were found shot to death in an abandoned naval bunker near San Carlos, Guam. The bodies had been stripped of valuables. Police investigation led to the arrest of George San Augustin and Arthur Scott Root...
