The plaintiff brought an action in the Superior Court seeking (1) injunctive relief, under § 35-34 of the General Statutes, against the defendant's continuing termination and interruption of his telephone service, and (2) money damages and attorney's fees and costs, under § 35-35 of the General Statutes, all as provided for in the Connecticut Anti-Trust Act, hereinafter referred to as the act.
