HOLMES, Judge.
Appellant, Midwestern Welding Company, Limited, a partnership, appeals from a jury verdict in the amount of $1,388.52 and a judgment thereon entered by the Circuit Court of Etowah County.
The complaint filed by appellee, Coosa Tool and Die, Inc., consisted of two counts. One count was based on an open account and the other count was for the breach of an oral contract.
