Plaintiff, the Committee to Retain Judge Jacob Tanzer, filed this action against Jason Lee seeking to declare Lee's nomination to the office of judge of the Oregon Court of Appeals vacant and to recover punitive damages and attorney fees. The jury found in favor of the plaintiff and awarded $2,500 punitive damages.
