FOGLEMAN, Justice.

Appellant challenges the reasonableness of a $10,000.00 allowance to Willie Rummel for attorney's fees under Ark.Stat. Ann. § 66-3238 (Repl.1966). No evidence was presented on the matter. The allowance was made by the trial judge after considerable argument of counsel on the subject. No issue is raised as to the propriety of this procedure. But see, Union Central Life Insurance Co. v.
