On June 20, 1973, Genesee County Circuit Court Judge, Thomas C. Yeotis, trying the case without a jury, rendered a verdict of no cause of action against plaintiff, Home Insurance Company. Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration of the judgment was denied on July 13, 1973. Plaintiff appeals as of right.
