Henry E. Schlepp and James Russell Corwin were jointly charged with feloniously dispensing dangerous drugs (1969 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 48-8-2(2)). Corwin plead guilty to the charge. Schlepp was tried and convicted by a jury.
