Defendant, Travelers Insurance Company, appeals from a judgment entered against it in an action based upon an accidental death provision in an insurance policy which named plaintiff as beneficiary. The insured, Mr. Yeager, was shot and killed by plaintiff in the course of a family quarrel. The major issue is whether or not under those circumstances the insured's death was accidental within the provisions...
