In these two cases, plaintiffs appealed from respective trial court judgments in their favor in the amount of $25,000 each in wrongful death actions arising out of the same airplane crash near Republic, Missouri, on July 2, 1959. At the time of the crash, the decedents, officers or employees of defendant Cherokee Laboratories, Inc., were passengers in a plane owned by defendant which was then being flown on a business trip from Tulsa...
