PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals from conviction in circuit court of driving while she had more than .15 percent blood alcohol content. ORS 483.999. In district court she had been tried by jury on the above charge, and driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor (ORS 483.992(2)), and found guilty of the former and not guilty of the latter. Both charges arose out of the same transaction. She appealed the .15 percent blood alcohol guilty finding to circuit court...
