These companion cases, which were consolidated for trial, are premised upon an alleged violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., with respect to the non-contributory retirement plan1 of Flynn and Emirch Company (hereinafter referred to as F&E).
