HOWELL, Justice.

This is an action for damages against the defendant, a realtor in Josephine county. Judgment was entered on a verdict for plaintiff for $5,000 general damages and $5,000 punitive damages, and defendant appeals.

The defendant presents 18 assignments of error, many of which are repetitious. Included in the assignments of error are contentions that the trial court erred in refusing to grant defendant's motions for a judgment of involuntary nonsuit...
