BRUCE, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in income tax of the petitioners for the calendar years 1967 and 1968 in the amounts of $1,052.53 and $1,307.29, respectively. The petitioners resided at Lewisburg, Ohio, and owned farms and income-producing rental property there. Francis J. Markey had a business in Lewisburg and was an officer of a local bank.
