Mauney and Connie Lee Mauney, his wife, the Board of Trustees of the Florida Conference of the Pentecostal Holiness Church and the Florida Conference of the Pentecostal Holiness Church, Inc., a non-profit corporation, which church group will be referred to as Florida.
