An information filed August 19, 1968, in the Adams County District Court, Docket No. C-3282, charging Martin Abrahamsen with the crime of theft of trade secrets in violation of 1967 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 40-5-34, was dismissed on motion of the defendant for reasons hereinafter set forth.
