On August 3, 1971, judgment was entered in favor of defendant, Dewey County Bank, against plaintiff, Delbert Annis, in the eighth judicial circuit of the state of South Dakota. The judgment was on two notes given by plaintiff to the defendant on February 10, 1970, totaling $65,750.001 plus $7,714.66 interest.
