OPINION

GARGANO, Acting P.J.

Defendant was convicted of violating Penal Code section 285, incest. He was also charged with two counts of rape by force and fear, but the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict as to those counts and, by stipulation, a mistrial was declared on each count. Defendant appeals from the judgment entered on the jury's verdict finding him guilty of incest.
