Dedier brought this action against Mrs. Ethel Grossman, individually and as Independent Executrix of the Estate of Frank Grossman, Deceased, seeking to recover the sum of $5,000, with interest, by virtue of the terms and provisions of a letter agreement dated February 14, 1964. The letter, made the basis of this cause of action, is typewritten upon the printed letterhead of "FEAZELL ADVERTISING
