In this declaratory judgment action P. Joseph McDermott and Genevieve S. McDermott, his wife, sought to have the court declare invalid the general zoning ordinance of the Village of Calverton Park, St. Louis County. Plaintiffs were the owners, by the entirety, of a tract of land in the village. The individual defendants are members of the Board of Trustees and other officials of the village.
