SHANGRAW, Justice.

This is an action to recover for electricity burns suffered by plaintiff, Bradley Bosley, then of the age of 9 years. The accident occurred on June 21, 1965 while the boy was playing in a hemlock tree and came in contact with defendant's electrical transmission wires.

The complaint contains two counts, the first being founded on negligence, and the second on the doctrine of absolute liability.<...
