Wright appeals from a judgment which dismissed his complaint as against respondent Bank of California, one of numerous defendants against whom Wright brought suit to recover funds allegedly diverted wrongfully from a checking account. The dismissal followed upon an order which sustained respondent bank's general demurrer without leave to amend.
