This lawsuit involves a claim of trademark infringement and unfair competition filed by Plaintiff Howard Stores Corporation against Defendant Howard Clothing, Inc. Plaintiff seeks an injunction, accounting, damages and attorneys' fees. This court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332 and 1338.
