The District Court heard and dismissed appellant's habeas corpus petition seeking transfer from the maximum security pavilion of Saint Elizabeths Hospital to some less restrictive ward. On this appeal appellant not only contests this order, but also asserts that he is entitled to be released from Saint Elizabeths altogether because of numerous alleged defects in the proceedings leading to his civil commitment.
