Jack Roberson and William Rodgers brought this action against the United States under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671-80 (1964). They seek damages for personal injuries sustained when they fell while engaged in construction work at Glen Canyon Dam on the Colorado River, near Page, Arizona.
