No. 5-4164.

412 S.W.2d 595 (1967)

PIGGOTT JUNIOR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, INC., Appellant, v. Charley HOLLIS et al., Appellees.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

March 20, 1967.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

C. W. Knauts, Piggott, for appellant.

E. L. Hollaway, Corning, and T. A. French, Rector, for appellees.

BROWN, Justice.

Piggott Junior Chamber of Commerce sought, and was denied, an order nunc pro tunc. The Chamber sought to establish of record an order allegedly made by the county court in 1964 but which was lost before being recorded. Appellees intervened as taxpayers and persuaded both the county court, and the circuit court on appeal, to deny the Chamber's petition for the order nunc pro tunc. The Chamber has appealed.
