April 8, 1964, a complaint was filed in the police court of the city of Kennewick charging Alvin H. George with drunk driving, in violation of § 106, art. 18, ordinance No. 1113 of the city of Kennewick, committed on April 3, 1964.

On the same date, a similar complaint was filed charging him with reckless driving, in violation of the same ordinance and resulting from the same incident.
