We shall be concerned here with the sequelae of Hewitt v. Md. Bd. of Censors, 241 Md. 283, 216 A.2d 557 (1966). We reversed the order of the trial judge (Byrnes, J.) disapproving the licensing of a film entitled "This Picture Is Censored."
