This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Stark County finding Defendant Greene, guilty of contempt of court and finding Plaintiff Eberle, not guilty of contempt. The parties will be referred to as Plaintiff and Defendant although a counterclaim in which the Defendant is counterplaintiff and Plaintiff counterdefendant is also involved in this appeal.
