This suit was filed by appellees, Reagan & Gee, a partnership composed of Cecil Reagan and Clifford Gee, and Reagan and Gee individually, against Louis M. Schwartz, Mary Schwartz Sutton, C. R. Sutton, Jr., and Charles E. Reed. The four defendants were the officers, directors and shareholders of L.
